1. PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION AND HOW IT IS USED

When using the Services, we may ask you to provide all or some of the following information: your name, username, password, your address, your email address, banking or payment card details, your telephone number, your date of birth/age, and the state or country in which you reside ("Personal Information"). If you participate in a contest, promotion, or interactive feature, we may collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, and address details to notify you of results and verify your identity. We may also ask you to provide your thoughts or answer some questions about your favourite events, personalities, and other subjects of interest to sports fans.

In order to purchase any live events viewable on this Website, participate in any contest or message feature, download any content, take part in any other interactive feature of the Websites, or receive information from EX Sports, such as newsletters or email regarding upcoming the Services you must register and provide accurate information about yourself to the Websites, as the Services may not work properly without such information.

2. IDENTITY VERIFICATION (KYC) INFORMATION

To use certain aspects of the Services — in particular real-money contests provided through the Lucra SDK — we (and Lucra, acting as our identity-verification service provider) are required by law to verify your identity. Where requested for compliance reasons, providing this information is mandatory in order to use those Services. This may include:

• Your full Social Security Number (SSN), which may be collected when you withdraw funds for the first time;
• Tax-related information, such as a Tax Identification Number ("TIN") or SSN;

3. BIOMETRIC INFORMATION

Certain identity-verification features available through the Lucra SDK use third-party technology to collect, store, and use biometric and other personal information, such as your faceprint, a selfie, and government-issued identification. By using these Services, you consent to EX Sports, Lucra, our identity-verification vendor, and each of our contracted service providers collecting, storing, and using your biometric information for the purposes described below.

Purpose for collection of biometric information. Biometric information may be used to verify your identity, prevent fraud, improve products and services, and comply with legal obligations.

Biometric data retention. Biometric information will be securely deleted no later than three (3) years after your last interaction with our (or Lucra's) identity-verification vendor.

4. INFORMATION COLLECTED VIA TECHNOLOGY

As you use our Services, we automatically track certain information about your visits, including your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, domain name, clickstream data, referring/exit pages, and a date/time stamp for your visit.

Mobile services and SDK data.
